Responsibilities Patient Care Responsibilities: Patient-Centered Care: Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate on personalized care plans. Comprehensive Treatment: Diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribing medications as needed. Preventive Healthcare: Deliver preventive care services like screenings and education. Administrative Duties: Health Record Management: Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records. Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes. Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance patient care practices. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, and must have successfully completed an approved nurse practitioner program. Must have a current license to practice as an ARNP in the State of New Hampshire.
