Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-ups.
• Market our agency and State Farm products to meet customer needs.
