Five Star Home Services is looking for an experienced Residential Service Electrician to serve homeowners throughout the Dayton market. If you're strong at troubleshooting, take pride in your workmanship, and know how to deliver a great customer experience, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a residential service position working directly with homeowners throughout the Dayton area. You'll diagnose electrical issues, recommend solutions, and complete safe, high-quality repairs and installations.

You'll be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential electrical systems
• Performing electrical inspections and identifying appropriate solutions
• Clearly explaining findings, recommendations, and options to homeowners
• Completing work safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes
• Protecting customers' homes and leaving work areas clean and professional
• Accurately documenting completed work
• Delivering the level of customer service and workmanship expected from Five Star

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5+ years of electrical experience
• Strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety standards
• Ability to independently diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to participate in scheduled on-call, weekend, and overtime coverage as needed
