Job Summary
We are a growing custom cabinet company located in Bonner Springs, Kansas servicing the Kansas City metro area from Lawrence to Harrisonville.

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Lead Sales Associate whose main goal is to find new customers, build relationships, and generate sales. You will manage your own customers and projects from the first conversation through quote, build, installation and completion.

Compensation

• Base + Commission, depending on experience

Compensation:

$50,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:

• Find new customers through networking, referrals, follow-ups, and other sales efforts

• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and remodelers

• Help customers select the right products for their needs and budget

• Prepare estimates, quote projects, follow up, and close sales

• Manage your own orders and coordinate installations when needed

• Maintain communication with customers and contractors throughout each project

• Work towards your individual sales goals

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Proven sales experience

• Sales experience with custom cabinet sales

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

• Must represent our company well
