Salon Receptionist / Guest Coordinator

Job Description

We're looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Salon Receptionist / Guest Coordinator to join our team on Newbury Street. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional salon experience while keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries
Confirm appointments and assist with client check-in and check-out
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Coordinate stylist schedules and help ensure the day flows seamlessly
Process payments and assist guests with retail purchases
Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive guest experience

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable using scheduling software and point-of-sale systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment
Previous salon, spa, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
