Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a float position in a Cardiovascular/Pediatric ICU and Cardiac unit at a children's hospital, requiring close to 2 years of experience and Ohio licensure.

Details

• Position is based in a Cardiovascular Pediatric ICU (CVPICU) and Cardiac unit at a children's hospital
• Float position with floating required across different units
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• RRT certification required
• Ohio state RT license required if applicable
• Close to 2 years of experience preferred
• Two supervisory references required for consideration (charge nurse references count as only one of the two)

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked permanently at this facility must have a gap of at least 2 years before being eligible
• Local candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
• Travelers must be prepared to float to different units as needed
• Attendance is taken seriously — no call/no shows may result in disciplinary action up to termination
