This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with 0-1 year of experience (or academic background) in data, finance, advertising, marketing, or related fields. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core financial operations, reporting, and analysis. Qualifications Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field Strong proficiency in Google Suite High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Help reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Conduct financial research and data analysis as assigned Support audit preparation and documentation Maintain organized and accurate financial records Participate in cross-functional projects as needed Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 USD Helios WorldWide is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
