Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at our location in Champaign, IL. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and cultivating a positive team environment. Responsibilities include managing financial performance, optimizing team workflows, ensuring health and safety compliance, budgeting, hiring, and fostering exceptional customer service. This leader will uphold QDOBA’s core values by promoting positivity, hospitality, and high performance within the restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with P&L management and budgeting to ensure the financial success of the restaurant
• Strong skills in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving high-quality customer service
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing team members to build a productive and collaborative team
• Ability to analyze restaurant metrics, implement strategies for improvement, and maintain operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
