You will lead our top-of-funnel talent attraction, utilizing modern AI tools to write compelling ads, engaging with the local community, and sourcing high-quality candidates. No prior experience with our HR software is required—we are fully willing to train the right person! Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing (#1 Priority): Proactively find, identify, and engage top talent using resume databases, professional networks, and niche matching platforms. Community & Digital Engagement: Represent our brand at local Job Fairs, execute grassroots community engagement events, and manage our social media recruitment postings. AI-Powered Ad Copywriting: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to draft, refine, and publish high-converting job advertisements across multiple channels. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Navigate and maintain applicant pipelines. We use Paylocity, and we will provide comprehensive training on the platform. Qualifications & Requirements Proven interest or experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, or community outreach. Excellent digital communication skills with a strong comfort level using AI text generators and social media platforms. Outgoing personality with a passion for networking, public speaking, and event coordination. High organizational skills to manage independent, flexible daily hours across a 5-day work week.
