This role owns the end to end online shopping experience, ensuring every customer interaction reflects Crunchi's premium brand positioning while maximizing conversion, revenue, customer engagement, and lifetime value.Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales, this leader partners closely with internal cross functional teams and external agencies, retail partners, marketplace partners, and technology providers to execute an integrated ecommerce strategy that supports sustainable growth.Why This Role MattersThis role is responsible for shaping Crunchi's long term ecommerce strategy and ensuring a consistent brand experience across every online point of purchase. As the company expands into additional marketplaces and retail partners, this position will lead ecommerce merchandising, digital shelf excellence, customer experience, and commercial performance across all channels.Core ResponsibilitiesECommerce Strategy (20%)Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy across Crunchi.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and future retail ecommerce partners. Identify growth opportunities and align ecommerce initiatives with business objectives.Merchandising and Customer Experience (20%)Own onsite merchandising, navigation, search, collections, product detail pages, product recommendations, educational content, and conversion optimization.Marketplace and Retail.com Management (20%)Manage marketplace performance and support future retail ecommerce partnerships. Ensure consistent brand standards, optimized product content, ratings, reviews, and digital shelf excellence.Product Launches and Commercial Planning (15%)Lead ecommerce execution for launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, pricing, inventory readiness, and merchandising across all online channels.Analytics and Business Performance (15%)Monitor ecommerce KPIs, analyze customer behavior, recommend improvements, and lead testing initiatives that improve revenue and customer experience.AI, Technology and Innovation (10%)Embrace AI, automation, and emerging ecommerce technologies as core business capabilities to improve the customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance merchandising, personalization, website search, product recommendations, content development, conversion rate optimization, predictive analytics, reporting, and workflow automation. Maintain a strong understanding of ecommerce technologies, platform integrations, APIs, and marketing technology ecosystems to ensure systems work seamlessly together and support scalable business growth.
