Work Environment

As part of our hospital setting, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. Our onsite clinic provides state-of-the-art equipment and resources, allowing you to implement advanced therapeutic modalities and techniques effectively. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients and the clinic's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility and functional abilities.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretching routines, assessing their capabilities and modifying activities to suit their recovery journey.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and effective home exercise programs to promote self-management and continued improvement outside the clinical setting.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and other treatment techniques under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Carefully monitor and document patient progress, tracking metrics such as strength enhancement, range of motion, and overall functional improvement.
• Maintain organized treatment environments, ensuring that examination rooms are well-prepared and that all necessary equipment is accessible for therapy sessions.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide consistent emotional support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with healthcare regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting their rights.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
