We're looking for a revenue growth catalyst who can: Orchestrate sophisticated buyer journeys that blend AI-powered insights with human creativity Design account-based experiences that make prospects feel like VIPs before they even talk to sales Build attribution models that actually connect marketing activities to closed revenue Run growth experiments that other marketers will want to steal (in the best way) What You'll Do Own end-to-end campaign management from strategy to ROI analysis Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, sales, and events Optimise performance in real-time using data-driven insights AI-Enhanced Demand Generation Leverage intent data and AI tools for audience segmentation and creative optimization Experiment with interactive demos, dynamic personalization, and emerging formats Map digital and offline interactions to revenue outcomes Reimagine events through digital-physical hybrid experiences Create location-based campaigns that extend beyond traditional event boundaries Partner with sales and customer success on account-based experiences What Gets Us Excited About You 3-4 years of B2B enterprise software marketing experience Modern GTM fluency - you know your way around intent data, multi-touch attribution, and revenue operations ️ MarTech expertise - AI tools, marketing automation, and account intelligence platforms don't intimidate you Data-driven mindset - you live for cohort analysis, funnel optimisation, and A/B testing Growth hacker mentality - you're comfortable with rapid experimentation and iterative optimization Why Fathom?
