Mina Garner State Farm is looking for an ambitious, people-focused Life and Health Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with new and existing customers to offer life and health insurance solutions
• Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers choose the right coverage
• Educate customers on policy features, benefits, and coverage options
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
• Assist with policy changes, questions, and claims support
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Work closely with team members to support agency goals and customer needs
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry updates, and compliance requirements
• Ensure all sales and service activities are completed accurately and professionally

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willingness and ability to get state life and health insurance licenses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, assertive, and comfortable making recommendations

• Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand and explain insurance products clearly and confidently
