Outside Sales Representative – Houston, TX Outside Sales Representative role is responsible for managing the entire sales process—from cold calling to the installation of Microbulk equipment—while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. Responsibilities Identify, engage, and generate appointments with prospects through a variety of methods, including in-person visits, phone, and email outreach. Develop and maintain an understanding of the Microbulk product suite, safety standards, technical competence, and sales process. Record and maintain accurate, current, and relevant data in CRM. Demonstrate product knowledge and internal resources to bring value to prospects during the sales process. Grow a valid pipeline of prospects, work with prospects through the sales process and independently negotiate and close sales opportunities. Collect information and build presentations to internal and external partners. Serve as the commercial information lead between the customer and internal team members during project execution. Work independently. Retain a positive demeanor and ability to overcome objections. Highly teachable and desire to learn. Technical background is a plus. Comfortable conducting face-to-face cold calls. Self-starter, meticulous, competitiveness, critical thinking. Qualifications High School Diploma. 1 year outside sales experience (preferred). Experience in a driven environment with a record of success exceeding goals, which may be demonstrated through previous work or proven outside sales experience. Must maintain a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to access and safely operate a reliable personal vehicle on an ongoing basis.
