Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects II

Job Title: Project Scheduler
Location: Onsite (U.S.) - 4 Days/Week, 10 Hours/Day (Per Diem Available)
Summary:
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating detailed project schedules for complex engineering and construction initiatives within a nuclear environment. This role supports project managers in planning and executing outage, online, and lifecycle work while ensuring schedules are accurate, integrated, and aligned with project scope, budget, and timelines. The position plays a critical role in managing critical paths, resolving schedule conflicts, and ensuring safe, high-quality project execution.
Required / Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling
• At least 5 years supporting large-scale or mega projects
• Experience in commercial nuclear power plant environments
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle scheduling (planning, execution, monitoring)
• Expertise in schedule development, resource loading, and critical path analysis
• Experience managing schedule risks, delays, and conflict resolution
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, engineers, and leadership
• Strong communication skills for reporting to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with integrating and maintaining schedules across multiple systems/tools

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Proven experience in capital project environments, preferably within nuclear or heavy industrial sectors
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track costs, and align schedules with financial goals
