Cardiac Rnfa

Schedule: 3x12.0 - Primarily weekdays 7a-7p and 11a-11p with on-call responsibilities.

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

New York State Registered Nurse License
CNOR Certification
AHA BLS and ACLS Certifications
Two years of cardiac RNFA experience
Telemetry experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist with chest exposure and closing during cardiac procedures.
Independently perform vein harvesting for CABG procedures.
First assist in cardiac surgical cases, preferably including DaVinci robotic cases.
Scrub and circulate complex cardiac cases, including CABGs and structural heart cases.
Provide care in heart failure cases and assist in heart transplant procedures as needed.
