About the Role
The Company is in search of a transformational Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-market region and drive operational excellence as the foundation of sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, client retention, and operational execution. This executive leader will be tasked with translating enterprise strategy into regional plans, establishing clear priorities, and ensuring disciplined execution. A key aspect of the role is to partner with commercial leaders to drive organic growth, enhance customer relationships, and expand strategic partnerships. The Vice President of Operations will also be instrumental in leadership and talent development, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning, and leading through influence and collaboration. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of progressive senior leadership experience in a multi-site operational environment. The role requires a proven track record in delivering sustained revenue growth, profitability improvement, and operational excellence, as well as strong financial acumen and experience in managing large-scale budgets and P&L performance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. Experience in leading organizational change, driving accountability, and executing strategic initiatives is essential, as is the ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent pipelines. The role demands a leader who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to promoting a culture of innovation and operational discipline.
