Job Title: Revit DrafterJob Description Create high-quality Revit drawings that impress customers, facilitate the permit process, and ensure smooth progression of home building projects. Responsibilities + Craft high-quality Revit drawings in collaboration with the sales team. + Assist in creating permit sets for county approval. + Engage in high-level problem solving to enhance project outcomes. + Develop smarter and faster workflows to improve efficiency. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Microsoft applications. + Strong problem-solving abilities. + Experience with BIM, drafting, design, and Bluebeam. + Ability to multi-task effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Identify problems and develop problem-solving processes. + Exhibit crystal-clear verbal and written communication skills. + Handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 40 hours per week. You will work under the guidance of a 30-year industry leader and collaborate closely with a dynamic sales and purchasing team.
