A leading Arkansas personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage the day-to-day operations of cases headed for trial. This position will support attorneys handling sensitive litigation matters involving survivors of sex trafficking and sexual abuse. The ideal candidate will approach this work with compassion, discretion, professionalism, and a trauma-informed mindset.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred
• Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Experience with case management software strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, compassionate, and client-focused
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience
