Recruiter Remote. Base salary $45,000–$50,000 plus uncapped commissions. Start date: right away. Overview As a Recruiter / HR Sourcing Specialist, you will seek out quality candidates, confirm their qualifications, and place them in open roles. You will collaborate with department managers to anticipate hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct phone and in‑person interviews using reliable recruitment tools. Assess applicant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Onboard new employees to ensure full integration. Serve as a point of contact, building relationships with candidates. Promote the company’s reputation as a best place to work. Qualifications Recruiting experience preferred. Solid interview skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision‑making skills. Ability to attract candidates using social media and employee referrals.
