Job Description Dietitian — Fulfilled Nutrition Counseling (Private Practice, Eating Disorders) \n \n Position: Dietitian \n Job Type: Full-time, W-2, Outpatient Dietitian \n Hours: up to 40 hours per week \n Location: Hybrid; Virtual and In-person (Dublin, Ohio) \n Compensation: Minimum Base Salary of $39,000 (covers 15 client hours/week), plus per-session incentive pay for client hours above that threshold - total potential earnings $65,000 and above depending on experience and caseload. \n \n \n Who Thrives Here \n We're looking for a dietitian who is driven, organized, and comfortable managing their own caseload and schedule independently as private practice requires autonomy, though support and supervision are built in. We value team members who genuinely want to engage with their colleagues and be part of a connected, collaborative culture. \n \n Job Responsibilities \n \n Completes comprehensive patient nutrition assessments during counseling sessions using a weight-inclusive and trauma-informed treatment modality. \n Creates appropriate treatment plans for each client, including but not limited to short-term goals, long term goals, appropriate client resources, and meal plans as indicated. \n Communicates and collaborates with each client's care team (including primary care providers, therapists, psychiatrists, and parents) as needed. \n Charts all relevant and necessary information within 24-48 hours of each appointment. \n Schedules follow-up appointments with existing clients. \n Responds to client inquiries in a timely manner (24-48 hours). \n Explains and enforces office policies, including cancellation and no-show policies, with each client. \n Maintains an average of at least 27.5 client hours per week. \n Performs job ethically and with integrity. \n Supports company with administrative tasks as indicated when client load is not met, outside of PTO hours. \n Shows compassion and professionalism toward clients and client caregivers. \n Attends meeting with supervisor regularly. \n Develops or utilizes handouts as indicated. \n Participates in peer consultation and actively contributes to team learning — sharing clinical resources and best practices with fellow RDs \n \n \n Requirements \n \n Registered Dietitian (RD) \n Licensed in Ohio (LD) \n Ohio resident (or willingness to relocate) \n Working knowledge of Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating frameworks \n Access to a private location to hold client-facing sessions \n Computer with audio and visual \n Internet access \n 1 years experience in eating disorder care and/or nutrition counseling \n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field \n \n \n Benefits \n \n Collaborate with owner to develop your own schedule \n Paid Time Off Holiday Pay* \n Liability Insurance \n CDR LD Fee Coverage* \n Plaud HIPAA compliant transcription device and annual unlimited recording provided \n Access to tenured dietitian(s) supervision and feedback \n Assistance with administrative tasks \n Steady referral flow \n Opportunities for medical stipend available *(Medical Insurance unavailable at this time) \n \n \n *90-day holds from start date
