Pay: $14-$17 per hour, Based on Experience
Location: Jacksonville, NC
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM ato 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain confidential case files from intake through ongoing case management
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documentation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout their case
• Conduct client interviews to gather detailed information and ensure accurate case documentation
• Maintain detailed case notes and records within case management software
• Monitor case progress and assist in meeting important deadlines
• Perform data entry, filing, document management, and other administrative duties as needed
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support the legal team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:
