Advertising and Communications Manager

Position Overview Advertising & Communications Manager responsible for overseeing driver recruiting advertising and communications efforts across platforms including Google, Indeed, Facebook, social media, and other digital channels. Role will create, manage, track, and optimize recruiting advertisements to drive qualified CDL‑A driver leads, monitor performance daily, track trends and lead flow, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership. Compensation and Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Pay range: $70,000 – $9,000 annually dependent on experience. Benefits Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance 401K PTO Other Voluntary Benefits Key Responsibilities Manage recruiting advertising campaigns across digital platforms. Track advertising performance, lead flow, and ROI using Excel and Power BI. Present monthly advertising plans and report campaign results. Manage advertising budget and set monthly spend across all marketing and recruiting platforms to optimize performance and hiring outcomes. Work with recruiting and marketing teams on advertising strategy and creative content. Manage vendors, job boards, and advertising partners. Oversee social media, communications, and company media efforts. Manage a creative team of three employees (advertising coordinator, graphic designer, videographer) and help prioritize projects, workload, and deadlines. Provide leadership, direction, and feedback to team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and aligned with company goals. Manage multiple projects at once in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and Indeed. Proficient in data analytics and performance tracking tools including Excel, Google Analytics, ATS reporting tools, and related systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.Leadership or management experience preferred.
