Manufacturing Assembler

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Assembler to join our team in Denton, TX.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in assembly, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, follows safety procedures, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to excellent attendance and reliability.

Pay Rate:

$22.00/HR

Shift/Hours:

Monday - Friday

7AM -3:30PM

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, construction, fabrication, or a related field

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Good communication skills and ability to complete documentation accurately

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift

• Must pass required background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments

Responsibilities:

• Assemble structural frames and components according to drawings and specifications

• Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Secure components using bolts, fasteners, and mechanical assembly techniques

• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions

• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies for accuracy and alignment

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications
