In this senior leadership role, you will set the engineering vision and operating model for products and initiatives within the Global Post Trade Engineering organization, partnering closely with Product and business leadership to translate multi-year strategy into an actionable roadmap, measurable outcomes, and scalable delivery plans. You will build and lead high-performing engineering teams, shape architecture and product strategy, and establish governance to ensure disciplined execution, risk management, resiliency, and regulatory readiness. You will influence at the highest levels, aligning stakeholders across functions and regions while ensuring teams deliver modern, secure, “infinitely” scalable solutions through rigorous engineering practices.
