IVF Coordinator

Job Description

A leading fertility practice in Miami Beach is seeking a Clinical Fertility Nurse / IVF Coordinator to support patients throughout their fertility journey. This role combines hands-on nursing care, IVF cycle coordination, patient education, and ongoing support in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage fertility and IVF treatment cycles
Educate patients on medications, procedures, and treatment plans
Perform nursing assessments and administer medications
Communicate test results and treatment updates
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records
Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients throughout treatment

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license (or eligible for licensure)
IVF, fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or OB/GYN experience preferred
Strong patient education and communication skills
Experience with IVF cycle coordination and fertility protocols is a plus
BLS/CPR certification required
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
