Construction Superintendent

Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, architects, and other project partners Plan construction processes and establish project goals and deadlines Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall progress Supervise construction staff and provide guidance and feedback Coordinate inspections and construction permits Ensure quality, health, and safety standards are followed on-site Order equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed Track materials, inventory, and orders Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and emergencies Provide regular updates on project progress Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, architects, and other project partners Plan construction processes and establish project goals and deadlines Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall progress Supervise construction staff and provide guidance and feedback Coordinate inspections and construction permits Ensure quality, health, and safety standards are followed on-site Order equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed Track materials, inventory, and orders Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and emergencies Provide regular updates on project progress Requirements Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar construction leadership role Strong understanding of construction operations and processes Knowledge of local construction safety, health, and quality requirements Familiarity with CAD software Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lead teams and work effectively with contractors and project partners Currently located in or willing to relocate to the Cheyenne, WY area Benefits Company truck provided 120 hours of PTO per year Paid holidays 401(k) with Traditional and Roth options Company 401(k) match after 30 days #J-18808-Ljbffr Synectics Inc.
