SITE MANUFACTURING APPRENTICE

Site Manufacturing Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve workflow in the assembly area to enhance productivity.
- Review and propose layout optimizations for better space utilization.
- Conduct cycle time studies and identify opportunities for reduction.
- Support production organization improvements to streamline operations.
- Implement and sustain 5S principles to improve workplace organization and visual management.
- Update of standard work instruction.
- Contribute to strategies for MOD (Manpower) utilization optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, line balancing.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
