What You’ll Do As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department while working closely with the Controller and other team members. Responsibilities include Provide accounting and administrative support to the Accounting Department Enter and maintain accounting data with a high degree of accuracy Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents and records Assist with internal and external requests for information Support accounting processes in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Education & Experience 3–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience Experience working in a fast-paced business environment preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Must live locally Why Join Gulf Management?
