Non-Originating Branch Manager

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time. Responsibilities Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business. Recruit and hire MLOs for the branch and motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels. Act as a resource for branch staff. Train and oversee the branch staff relative to proper techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through. Monitor quality of loans originated by MLOs and ensure they are within company policy guidelines. Also, monitor MLO compensation plans and keep them in balance with production. Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. This position is prohibited from discussing and/or negotiating loan terms with borrowers.
