Assistant Office Manager

The Assistant Office Manager is a full-time, 4 day per week, on-site role based in South Jordan, UT (with one day per week in Murray). The position is offered as assistant office manager role tranitioing to branch Office Manager in the 6-12 month time frame. The responsibilities of this position include overseeing daily office operations, managing office equipment, communicating with clients and staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office. The Office Manager will ensure smooth operations and foster a professional, welcoming office environment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and partners. Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for organizing office operations and maintaining supplies and records. Proficiency in managing Office Equipment such as phones, printers, and computers to support daily workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a busy office environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
