Descripción general
Los hoteles operan 7 días a la semana, 24 horas al día. Todos los Compañeros de Trabajo deben estar conscientes que, de ser necesario, se moverá al Compañero de Trabajo de su horario acostumbrado si así el negocio lo exige. Asimismo, esto es un negocio de hospitalidad y una atmósfera hospitalaria y servicio debe proyectarse en todo momento.
Responsabilidades
Responsable de recoger el reporte y llave de habitaciones asignada diariamente. Todas las llaves deben de ser entregadas al final del día.
Tener cuidado de no hacer ruido excesivo en las áreas de huéspedes
Limpiar habitaciones según los procedimientos establecidos
Cualificaciones
Físicamente apto para doblarse, inclinarse y levantar objetos pesados.
Debe de ser confiable y estar disponible para trabajar fines de semanas y días feriados
Capaz de trabajar bajo presión
Iniciativa propia
Completamente Bilingüe (español/ingles)
