Job Details:

• Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
• Location: Greenbrae, CA 94904
• Schedule: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $50–$55/hour (Based on experience) + Benefits

-> Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with PTs, nurses, occupational therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to facility, state, and regulatory standards.

-> Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license .
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Assisted Living, or Post-Acute Rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
