Business Manager & Treasurer

The Business Manager/Treasurer serves as the district's chief fiscal officer and treasurer of the Board. This position is responsible for the financial management, accounting, budgeting, reporting, fund administration, payroll oversight, and fiscal compliance functions of the school corporation. The Business Manager/Treasurer ensures that district funds are properly received, deposited, invested, disbursed, recorded, reconciled, and reported in accordance with Indiana law, State Board of Accounts requirements, Board policy, and sound financial management practices. This position works closely with the Superintendent, Board, administrators, staff, auditors, vendors, financial institutions, and governmental agencies to support the effective and transparent operation of the school corporation. This is a full-time position at South Ripley Central Office beginning Monday, January 4, 2027, ideally but will work with sucessful candidate on the actual start date. This is a full-time position working 260 days, 8 hours per day, and eligible for the Administrator benefits package including vacation days, personal/sick days, holidays, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 403(b) match and PERF.
