Our Impact We are responsible for working with Seller/Servicers to obtain information necessary for asset surveillance and successful loan securitization. We work closely with multiple groups within Freddie Mac Multifamily to support our multifamily securitization program. Your Impact Support the process of reviewing and analyzing loan-level property financial information and rent roll. Communicate effectively with Seller/Servicers and internal customers. Provide outstanding customer service while managing a large volume of requests and deadlines. Support the securitization due diligence process. Assist with addressing rating agency and investor questions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired. Minimum of one year of related experience. Team player with positive attitude.
