Welder (MIG/TIG)

Seeking a skilled welder with MIG and TIG experience to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment
• Produce high-quality welds to meet specifications
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• MIG and TIG welding experience required
• Welding certification preferred (accredited program)
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Physical & Safety Requirements:

• Stand for full shift; lift up to 40 lbs
• Frequent bending, twisting, and stooping
• Must wear required PPE (helmet, hearing protection, safety shoes)

Work Environment:

• Team-oriented setting focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
