Were looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Assistant to support day-to-day servicing for commercial clientsprimarily handling insurance certificates, invoicing, renewals, and billing follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work, takes pride in accuracy, and can grow into a larger role after mastering core tasks.

Please note that this position may require outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.

• Assist Commercial Lines Account Manager.
• Provide excellent customer experience to clients via phone, email and chat
• Process customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Accurately document client interactions.
• Verify phone numbers, address and email addresses with each customer contact.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer phones, route calls appropriately and take messages as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
