Personal BankerPay: $19–$23/hour Location: ColoradoAbout The OpportunitySwitchboard is seeking a Personal Banker on behalf of our client, a well-established, privately held community bank with a long history serving families and businesses across the region (company name and details will be provided in your initial interview). This is a great fit for a customer-focused go-getter who enjoys building relationships, helping people with their financial needs, and being a key part of a supportive branch team.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and process transactions accurately and efficientlyBalance and maintain a cash drawer dailyOpen and close accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and NOW accountsDeliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with branch customersCross-sell banking products and services based on individual customer needsPerform basic loan administration as neededFollow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsRequirementsCash handling experience requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and maintain close attention to detailProfessional appearance and demeanorSales experience preferred but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive pay ($19–$23/hour)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer match after one yearPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and career development opportunities
