The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsHere's what you need:Workday Benefits or Compensation Partner CertificationMinimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level roleMinimum of 3 years of working of Benefits and/or Compensation Functional experienceMinimum of 3 years of Workday ImplementationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.Bonus points if you have:6 years of Workday-related implementationsDemonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes Experience in Education or Government Workday implementationsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
