About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our Columbia branch. xhyhwjd This is a hands on leadership role responsible for managing employees, coordinating field operations, serving customers, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the Columbia branch
• Manage field crews, scheduling, and equipment coordination
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable to company expectations
• Oversee inventory, yard organization, and branch resources
• Resolve operational challenges while maintaining excellent customer service
• Promote a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or management experience
• Experience in traffic control, roadway safety, construction, or a related industry preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
