Plans and directs schedules for multiple programs running simultaneously. Partners closely with global cross-functional teams to understand and capture requirements for programs. Navigates complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and addresses & mitigates risks. Effectively influences internal and external teams to prioritize; Drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership for each item and regular follow up through to program closure while ensuring resolution of risk and issues, escalating, as necessary. Provides rigorous management and analysis of overall portfolio budget (including spend and forecasted spend vs. budget, spend per program and historical trends, etc.). Establishes scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end project and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices. Runs standups and sprint planning exercises for programs owned. Builds and maintains consistent reporting across numerous programs.
