Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)
Location: Northwestern Dental Center

Our office is growing, and we’re excited to add a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to our friendly team at Northwestern Dental Center! We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for patients and delivering exceptional care. If you enjoy helping patients understand their treatment plans and want to be part of a supportive, patient-focused team, we’d love to meet you!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enjoys working with patients and supporting the dental team
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients throughout their visit
- Explain treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Coordinate insurance verification and pre-authorizations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support the clinical team with patient flow and communication
- Ensure a positive patient experience from start to finish
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Requirements:
- Previous dental office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes a plus
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dental software
- Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
