Eagle Foods products are marketed and distributed across all U.S. retail channels, including grocery stores, club stores and mass-merchandisers, as well as foodservice and export, U.S. military, and private label business.ResponsibilitiesJob Description SummaryThe Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for tracking the movement of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and WIP. The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator ensures that inventory and stock are accurate. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures and performs internal inventory audits as needed. The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator will partner with support functions to identify and resolve unplanned downtime events, quality, safety, cost, and other losses attributed to the area, using problem-solving techniques and a continuous improvement mindset.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage all required paperwork and processes for accurate reporting of issues and corrections in inventoryPerform inventory adjustments in the database and ERP system as neededMaintain inventory reports according to the Company's standard documentation and archiving proceduresRespond to internal inquiries regarding products and inventoriesAnalyze and troubleshoot inventory control problems as requestedPrepare and submit weekly inventory control reports to Warehouse leadershipPerform administrative tasks including answering phone, taking messages, operating printers, and monitoring emails as neededReview FG past the 48-hour limit at plantReview, report, and collaborate with Packaging on live consumption statusInspect incoming materials at Eagle Foods and local 3PL partnerReview, address, and escalate any OSD receiptsMonitor FEFO, FIFO execution in material consumption and escalate.Own Waste materials recycling program (Cans, lids, corrugated, etc...). To include FG for destructionParticipate and support SQF audit requirements and audit activities related to materials. (Finished Goods Tracing).Audit all Logistics Documents for accuracyOwn the archive room, adhere to and uphold document retention policyAble to drive a forklift, support plant warehouse operations and material movements when necessaryPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications & CompetenciesHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of three (3) years of inventory work experience, preferably in a manufacturing/warehousing settingRequires computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
