Daily Vibes & Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly face and voice of the practiceanswering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules
• Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete
• Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time
• Participate in team huddles and trainingbecause we're always learning and growing
• Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• 1+ year of dental experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confidence juggling a fast-paced schedule with a calm, can-do attitude
• Detail-oriented with top-notch organization
• A passion for creating a welcoming, patient-first experience

Your Office Schedule:

• Monday 7am to 4pm
• Tuesday 7am to 5pm
• Thursday Open (7am - 3:30pm) or Close (10:30am - 7pm) alternating weeks
