What you'll be doing:

\n

\n
• Design prototypes, tooling, fixtures, and production components using SolidWorks
\n
• Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
\n
• Partner with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales to solve real-world manufacturing challenges
\n
• Conduct process validations, analyze results, and recommend improvements
\n
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing routings within our ERP system
\n
• Support new product introductions from concept through production
\n
• Investigate production issues and develop practical, long-term solutions
\n
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that make a measurable impact across the organization

What you'll bring to the table:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
\n
• Approximately 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
\n
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
\n
• Working knowledge of GD&T
\n
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, BOMs, and manufacturing routings
\n
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality systems such as ISO 13485 and GMP is a plus
\n
• Strong communication and project management skills
\n
