Overview New London Hospital is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our independent, all-CRNA anesthesia team at a critical access hospital in New London, New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to practice to the full scope of your license in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values professionalism, respect, and strong interdisciplinary teamwork. This individual will also play a key role in mentoring Nurse Anesthesia Residents during their final clinical year. This is a full-time position, with additional opportunities available for per diem CRNAs seeking flexibility. About our Practice Work in an independent, highly supportive clinical environment while enjoying a community known for its exceptional quality of life Diverse outpatient surgical cases, including orthopedics (total joint arthroplasty), neurospine, urology, general surgery, endoscopy, and pain procedures. No obstetrics or pediatric cases under age 16. Streamlined, robust Pre-Anesthesia Testing (PAT) process ensures efficient, smooth OR days. Reasonable call schedule with very few callbacks, especially at night—60-minute call-back expectation. Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system for seamless clinical workflow.
