• Complete 10-12+ shifts each month, with each shift lasting 9-10 hours.
• Manage care for approximately 110 patients daily.
• Work within an inpatient hospital environment.
• Benefit from double MD coverage, with no APP support.
• Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Utilize a first-come, first-served scheduling system.
• Engage with a patient demographic consisting of 88% adults and 12% pediatrics.
