Physical Therapist (PT) - General

Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist Pediatric Physical Therapy

Schedule: 5x8 M-F 9:3018:00 Shift flexibility: Any 8-hour shift between 07:30 and 18:00

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience
• Pediatric and infant experience required
• CA PT license required
• BLS certification required
• Familiarity with Epic documentation preferred
• Must be independent with assessments

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric and infant patients.
• Reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, including AROM/AAROM/PROM.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within the outpatient clinic.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays.
• Orientation modules average ~16 hours (non-billable).
• All requested time off must be included at submission, with approvals based on facility needs.
• Local candidates (within a 50-mile radius) accepted at local rates.
