Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Fashion Place - Murray, UT)

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at Fashion Place in Murray, UT. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing a best‑in‑class retail store customer experience and supporting Sales & Operations. Using cutting‑edge technology, you will enable customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates, you’ll help our customers live their passion. The right candidate will be self‑motivated, highly energetic, and comfortable engaging the public. You will join a tight‑knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to achieve aggressive goals and meet timelines to drive the business forward. This position reports to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Embody the company culture and values by providing customers with insights on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback regarding the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat). Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Participate actively in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence by meeting or exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards and identify, communicate, and resolve potential issues. Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh between 10–30lb. Required Skills & Qualifications At least one year of work experience in a retail environment. Prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners. Ability to work effectively with large teams. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the initiative to act when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
