We are currently seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Job Overview: Bring your sales support experience to a team that values it! We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our hydraulics division. This position plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by processing and coordinating the logistics of sales orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping drive continued growth with large B2B accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Order Processing: Field incoming sales orders via phone and email and entering sales orders into ERP system. Verify pricing, availability, and delivery timelines prior to order entry.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with warehouse team and logistics coordinator to schedule large product shipments (B2B customers). Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to key customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction. Generate and send formal sales quotations to customers in a timely manner. Follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Sales Support & Follow-Up: Utilize company’s “Sales Channel” portal to follow up on leads and inquiries. Collaborate with outside sales team to support account growth and retention. Track and report on open quotes and follow-up activity.
• Customer Outreach: Utilizing company programs to find new customers and business opportunities. Making outbound calls daily while following up with emails.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions and account updates. Assist with preparation of sales reports and documentation as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of sales support, logistics, or coordinator role (industrial or hydraulics experience a plus).
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central, CIN 7, SAP, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Existing customer base or industry contacts in the hydraulic or fluid power industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.
